My wife misread a message at an A.T.M. and walked away leaving £200 in the cash dispenser , gutted we were, checked at the supermarket to ask if anyone had handed any money in & guess what? There's some smashing folk out there. My faith in humanity as raised somewhat. :)

Good to hear. That to a lot of people is a lot of money and goes towards a lot of stuff in life. Great to hear there is still decent people out there that does the right thing. :)

Very true, you hear many saying " always respect ya elders" WRONG, respect everyone regardless of age until they give you a reason not too

I handed in £200 t’other week that a woman, who appeared to not be able to work the machine, left behind. No idea if the bank staff I gave it to handed it over though!

That's funny...I also handed in £200 which I'd found in the atm after a lady had left it there. It would be nice to think I had a small reward coming...

On a serious note that is a good happy ending. £200 is a lot of money to most folk.
