It's going to be an interesting and enjoyable one I reckon. I think it's reasonably inevitable we will lose someone, possibly Pinnock or Lindsay but if they go I think it will be for good money and that we will have suitable replacements lined up a la Cauley Woodrow for Bradshaw. I'm hoping we see an overall improvement in the squad and an indication that we're serious about being competitive in the Championship. It would be nice to keep the feel good factor and optimism rolling through the summer and foundations laid for a step forward for the club. Looking forward to an optimistic, long hot summer.
I cant see silly offers coming in until January when their championship credentials have been proved. Davies may leave though as hes free to do so
Would our players want to leave now? Having sweated their balls off to get to the Champ I can't see any gain in going to another Champ club... unless it was purely for money.
Its all about the pounds n pence! Double or triple salary with a 3 year contract. Hard not get your head turned. Am sure we have a budget and the powers that be will stick to that.
