    Doug O Kane said injured when spoke to on Radio Sheffield just after 2 o clock. Nothing else was said so dunno what type of injury or for how long. Must have been very recent as he wouldn't have done press on Thursday if they knew he wasn't playing today.

    Makes sense for him to do interview regardless - no point alerting the oppo of changes. If they did know he wasn’t playing, fair play as even our own fans didn’t have a clue either.

    Incorrect. As a striker, you need to know the weaknesses of who you are facing - as in lack of pace, poor agility or poor in the air etc.

    It’s just as important as any other position these days - hence why we have back office staff etc watching the oppo and tv footage to pass on.

    Lyndsey’s been a key player for us - him missing would seem a blow to the outsiders. But we all know Jackson is more than capable of stepping up.

    Reckon the FA will spring into action.. They will come to the conclusion that Mcgeehan should receive a further 3 match ban for being in the same postcode as the said fracas..

    Barton meanwhile will be awarded with a special FA award for his unwavering sporting conduct.
