    ...... when I posted under my old username - a bit emotional.
    A colleague of mine died after getting a wrong dose of drugs after being declared in remission from Cancer. To say it was a shock to us all was an understatement. Paul was a keen footballer (good) and a massive Villa fan. His wake was at villa park and the funeral was one of the most heartbreaking yet heartwarming events I have attended. The grief of his kids hit me hard, as mine were young at the time. Like his Dad, Ben his eldest, was a promising footballer too and took it extremely hard.

    I followed Ben's early career promise. Last night he played the first half for Accrington v Sunderland - subbed at half time. Paul will be very proud Ben went on to make a career in the game.

    I wanted to share that.
