    As ever, it's up to him. He could get his head down, work hard, lose a lb or two and give it a right go to make the position his own, or he could get the titty-lip on and down tools. Depends whether he considers himself a professional footballer or not.

    We have Bahre Moncur Thiam none start each week but all capable of replacing potts. I am gutted though liked him, if Moore and Pinnock go my head would pop.

    Moncur get seven goals and six assists in half a season in a winning team, run non-stop for 90 minutes, tackle, track back, cover his full-back, provide momentum to attacks, set players free with timely unselfish balls, take set pieces that actually go near the goal and be a threat at corners?
