    Norwich were given a penalty which was saved by the keeper coming miles off his line. Referee didn't order a retake though. Have the rules changed?

    The pen was that bad he didn't deserve a retake.

    Nope. The rules remain the same; that referees must remain inconsistent, infuriating and incompetent at all times. :)
