    Can I please stand (on his behalf) by Conan's comment after the last game.

    I'm here to help him out.

    In case we forget, we should get rid of all of last season's squad, the management, the ownership, the turf, the car parks,the stadium, the Queen, the will to live, the remaining members of the Sex Pistols. We should get rid of the beer, but obviously there won't be any to get rid of.

    This leaves only Dougall, Woodrow and Bahre (not part of last season's squad so exempt from the firing squad).

    We are of course in the top 6, but Conan would still want it to be known that there is no merit whatsoever in this team.

    And that the players' contracts (except for 3 named above) should be terminated asap.

    Watch this space for Conan's picks for each of the replacements we will thereafter need. There have been no suggestions as yet. We await his pronouncements - perhaps there may be none.

    Finally we must remember to celebrate another wonderful victory, despite being a crap team (which must be disposed of).

    do we count alex mowatt ( the 2nd best player to come out of don valley high school) as he was out on loan for most of the last regime ?

    Totally unnecessary.

    He's allowed his opinion. League 1 is different to the Championship... do I think every player needs to be moved on if we get promoted? Probably not... doesn't mean Conan can't feel that way though. It's a valid point. We don't want to turn into a yoyo club.

    Conan can come on and speak for himself. To his credit he never knocks anyone who wants to say what they think.

    I know what you mean.

    It is not against other fans. Just one. And that's stretching the definition of "fan".

    It irks me to have someone else assert constantly that our players are crap. And all need replacing.

    Yep it's gloating. When we win.

    I can live with that.
