Fed up of us not giving the ref earache. That first half he ref must’ve given them countless ‘sympathy’ decisions, yet no one was seemingly challenging them. The Dougall booking, should never had happened because after their player kicked the ball away the first time, we should’ve been bombarding the ref with protests, instead we try to take it again and the same player kicks it away again. We also need a leader in the middle of the park because there seemed to be a lack of communication tonight. Overall a very frustrating night

I agree I would go mowatt for captain. Davies still scares the life out of me at times still indecisive when to come and not to come.

Not wearing an armband shouldn't stop our outfield players from taking responsibility to do these things.

I agree, it does but it shouldn't and maybe that's why Davies is the captain. We seem to make it too easy for referees.

The practicalities of having the goalkeeper as captain are ridiculous. Short of him running 50 or 60 yards to challenge the ref every time, there isn’t an effective voice for the team which is unfortunately part and parcel of the modern game.
The pinnilos injury situation was absolutely crazy bearing in mind the defence was already on the rack.To risk playing with 10 men at that particular point of the game was bonkers. Again, I would expect the captain to go over to the injured player and prat about a bit until the sub was ready or at least confer with the manager. Not that the goal was Davies fault like.

Mowatt or Dougall for captain. Dougall would have to cut out the bookings but they both look the most decisive and organised out there.
