Over 11,000 Reds in attendance. That is fantastic. Love it. You were a credit to the club today too. If you can make it, come to Bradford, pack both stands (sold over 1,300 already). Fans often talk about how important they are to the club - you're not wrong. Proud today. I'm a fan remember. The team/staff/club delivered today along with you. Together.
I was pleasantly surprised how full the ponty and east stand was. Even where I sat with the kids in the top corner of the east stand north side, the family zone as it is now known, there weren’t the usual load of empty seats. Some - but it was busier than I’d anticipated. Keep winning in that manner they’ll keep coming. Some of us will be there regardless - let’s hope the attendances keep up though not all away sides will bring 1200-1300 as Oxford did.
You looked a bit hot in your white, long sleeved shirt and red tie yesterday Whitey. I understand the need to look smart in your role mate, but get them sleeves rolled up lad!
I arrive at leeds/bradford airport 4pm next Saturday. Ballocks. I expect we'll sell whatever Bradford give us after that result yesterday.
I would say yes Whitey. First thing I noticed when I arrived late to my seat was how decent the crowd looked. Big queues for cash and ST turnstiles at the Ponty end as well.
We said this, too: we were in our seats for half two and were really surprised how much it filled up. The last time we started at home in this division, the crowd was 10,105 which included a handful of Crawley fans. There wasn't the optimism then that there is now.
