    Just been to the club shop to Tickets for Saturday's match for myself and my dad...with my brother joining us in the West stand (he has to change his from ponte)...and would like to say the lady who served me couldn't be more helpful....an absolute credit to the club and excellent customer service.........thank u and well done bfc.
    Thought I'd chuck this in amid all the negative comments around our commercial enterprises of late.

    Ha ha...i did ask about the shirts!
    No news I'm afraid.
    In response...it wasn't a complicated anything just very helpful and I was with my 85 year old dad...and she made him and myself feel like we were appreciated.

    There are some very good people who work at our football club, and they are not often praised enough in my view.
