How do I go about getting them replaced? I've rung twice this morning but can't get through so thought I'd try here to see if anyone else has done it.... I think the wife has thrown them away thinking we would get new ones sent out!
I lost mine and went to the office and they replaced it within a few minutes, presumably having cancelled the initial issue.
