Killing many more thousands of innocent people was clearly not the answer. Those lessons though have clearly not been learned with Libya and Syria. Amazing that we’re the worlds police with certain countries but the Saudis, Israelis, Turks, etc etc are all well and good. Maybe it’s to do with the fact that they buy our weapons. Iraq was a disgraceful intervention.
