Yep could well be. Our game finishes later than the others because of some injury. News comes through that Bolton have lost (down) and Preston have drawn with Burton which means Derby are safely in the play offs but we are down if we lose. However, It is 3-3 in our game after swinging one way then the other all game and we now need to keep it that way to ensure safety. Derby don't care now. In fact they are happy to see near neighbours Burton down. Walton dribbles the ball and nobody goes near him. Sound familiar? Can your heart take it?
I don’t want to, but bringing up the home game, they absolutely tattered us without breaking sweat. AND we had a legend and coaching genius in charge don’t forget.
The Huddersfield game was a living nightmare, I couldn’t keep still, walking on the spot, sitting down, standing up, no sit down again - close eyes and open them as that will waste another few seconds. Football eh, do people who don’t like it ever experience the same extreme emotions?
Having just read what I’ve written, that’s why I’ll be renewing my ticket, as no matter whether it’s the ups or the downs I think my life would be poorer for not having those days in it.
I got shingles after that game I swear it was down to the stress of it, can’t be that bad again surely. A couple of early goals for PNE and Forest would be lovely.
