Gonna have to close my eyes at full time and make a real quick exit... Same lot of pillocks will be running on to the pitch as though we have just been promoted to the prem.. Can't be seeing that... I can imagine WHEN (not if) it happens unless the miracle starts to happen and we win, the atmosphere could turn rather poor to say the least.. So keep off the pitch muppets..
I can't see much of a pitch invasion happening unless we win... did anyone go on the pitch after the QPR game in 2014? I rather hope the players don't come out to thank the fans. It could be rather an awkward walk around.
I reckon most will have left by full time if we've lost and if we've won this will be the first time where I don't mind if people run on.
We will still get the idiots on the pitch either because they can or try to get at management and players to have a go at them. I can imagine if we losing heavily some of our pride of Barnsley will try to run on pitch during match in the same vein as West Ham to protest!
It’s a sad state of affairs that I’m not going on Saturday, and I’m really not ar$ed. In the end it looks like we’re going down with a whimper. I can genuinely see us losing all our remaining games. The season has been one of the worst I can remember
yes you are arséd and you know you are , we all are... we are all hurting right now. Its hard to take, I remember the days when we were called "Battling Barnsley".. if only that was the case now.
Nobody did last season IIRC. However, I suspect a lot of people won't be there on Saturday. I'm in two minds (not that I'd run on the pitch anyway). I've got other things on which I'd normally turn down if we're at home.
I can’t believe so many people are saying they’re not going when we’re not even down yet. We’re depending on this match for survival, I don’t understand how any fan could not want to be there. You’d turn up if we needed to win this match to be in with a shot of automatic promotion to the Championship so this is the same, sort of. Although granted we might be feeling more hopeful then.
I'll be there but I may not make the end. And these 2 tickets for Derby away I have will be going back if we do drop on Saturday.
If we needed a win to go up that would require us to have won more than we have lost over the season and probably seen a lot of goals etc etc. We've seen em be pants virtually every week. I'm only going cos I have to taxi my dad their and back otherwise I'd stay at home!
I'm going. It feels like I ought to be there, as it's our last realistic chance of staying up. It's only my 6th game of the season though, so I haven't suffered as much.
Are we really saying that this load of tired weaklings are going to get something off Brentford No chance
I I'm throwing every superstition I've got at the game, so we'll be okay. I've witnessed three defeats in the East Stand and two draws in the West Stand this season, so I'm in the Ponty.
Ought to get everyone to clear off with 10 mins left if there is another bingo machine team selection and abject, heartless performance. An empty ground with a tumbleweed blowing round the ponty and a sign saying ‘Go Jose’ would give the desired message perfectly. Trouble is he’d think it was ‘go jose’ like ‘go barnsley’ and he’d be patting himself on the back and waxing lyrical in his post match presser.
