    You should hang your heads. Honest fella, dealing with a below-par squad low on confidence. Handles himself with a calmness and measured approach that puts the likes of Warnock to shame. Doing his utmost to keep our club in this division. What does he get? Dogs abuse when we fall behind to a side pushing for the playoffs. ******* disgraceful.

    have to agree with all of that. He is doing his best with squad he inherited. Hopefully next season we will reshape totally to HIS squad and then we should judge the guy.

    Tbf a lot of it was probably just frustration, primarily with the number of leads thrown away under him. Absolutely fantastic that we managed to turn it round today. Hats off to everyone involved.

    I just cant see what more people expect him to do with the squad hes hes got. These people must think we have a bunch of world beaters, we dont! Its a league one squad and if we somehow survive it will be a miracle. He deserves a chance to bring his own players in.

    Totally agree, after 18 months of terrible form Hecky was still being praised to the heavens. Jose can’t concede a goal during a game without folk calling for his head, just nuts if you ask me !

    I'm praying we can get wins against Ipswich & Bolton. Will be seen in a totally different light if he does.

    Was a poisoned chalice to take over. I'm still unsure if he is the man to take us forward. If he keeps us up he will have earned the right to do that.
    If we go down there may need to be be a rethink. It isn't anything personal about him, I think he seems like a really nice guy & he is clearly a good coach.

    Was great to hear the support at the end of the match. It's been a poor season & he certainly isn't the one to blame for that.

    Who is doing the rethink if we go down? Er - not you. He has been appointed on an 18 month contract. Even if we go down I don't expect him to leave. If he is "clearly a good coach" then he needs some time. If we go down and do not do well in League One - then his contract will be up at the end of the season, and I would expect the board to think again. But we are not in that position now.

    An 18 month contract is pretty short. He probably wouldn't have accepted one to the end of the season.

    Given we weren't in the relegation zone when he took over (although we were heading in that direction), relegation would be failure. A manager is judged on results. I'm hoping he keeps us up & stays.

    Yes any manager is (or should be) judged on results and thats how its always been. Why on earth then did we give Heckyar*se so long, because on results alone he definitely didn't deserve it.
