Very positive. Like the way he's two games in and has decided he's going to do it his way with the 4-1-2-3 / 4-3-3 and changed to it. Plus he's come very quickly to work out which players are best suited to it. Whether we have the consistency and strength in depth to cope with injuries, suspensions and some tougher opposition as we go on, will be key.
I'm sure he's learnt a lot from the other Jose about player psychology, making people feel positive, appreciated and confident about what they do. It's the role of any manager in any kind of job to do that.
