I recall on the day of the takeover, Paul Conway expressing the club's faith in Paul Heckingbottom. Clearly the business we have done, and the arrangements we have made with Hecky have been insufficient to secure his longer term commitment. That is a worrying signal about the owners' intentions with regard to investing in the future. Progress looks a long way off today.
