When he was sacked last time I thought he should probably have been moved upstairs. He'd be a good Director of Football for someone if he can't get another management job.
I thought a move upstairs would have suited everyone concerned. Interesting to hear his version of how 'the plan' was conceived matches up to what i'd heard separately. That he was anything but a passive party in it but to some extent the architect of it.
