We can't trust the board because they've been naive in mis judging the Championship.
We can't trust the CEO because he doesn't say a lot.
We can't trust the recruitment team because they failed us by helping to assemble a team near the bottom of the league.
We can't trust the coaches because when they target there own players they're deemed not good enough.
So really who can we trust?
One idea I have is next season we need to appoint a Footballing Director who's seen it done it and bought the tee shirt in English football. Having said that I have no problem whatsoever signing overseas players if there good enough.

Trust is earned, I hope the board realise they made a mistake selling lindsay and pinnock and replacing them with diaby and anderson, even if they did say it was the best window ever. It's was like replacing your range rover with a Robin reliant.
I thought this window would be different we would bring in some quality who knew the division to get us out of the ****, but it just seems like they have let struber bring in a few mates massively underwhelmed. I have no problem with overseas players but it's a bigger risk than signing english lads or foreign players who are already here. The ones we have brought in over the last few years kransmuller, anderson, diaby,Schmidt, bahre, radlinger which would you say are good enough for the championship? I havent included the 3 new lads as I havent seen enough of them.

Yes I agree mistakes have been made.I don't agree with your views on Struber bringing a "few mates" in.I would hope he has fetched players in who he thinks can make a difference.

Well I base that on all 3 signings this window he knows them before hand I hope they are good enough and I'm proven wrong and we stay up. The only problem is we were crying out for someone who knows the championship or even english football before non of these have that experience.

Again I can't disagree with what you say but Struber is putting himself on the line by requesting the players brought in.Time will tell I suppose.Fingers crossed.

The nationality of someone doesn't matter.

    I trusted Gauthier.

    I did not trust Mansford.

As stated, trust, like respect, is earned.

The job Gauthier did starts to look better by the day. Imagine if Conway was doing that role for all of last season. Would we have got the deals for Woodrow and Dougall over the line? Would Potts have been the only regular starter sold in January? Would Davies and Jackson have been allowed to stay to run down their contracts? Obvious black mark being the appointment of Morais, and not sure if he was around when we first attempted to sign McBurnie.

Who was it who screwed up the Morsey deal? Had him on loan with view to a permanent in January then signed for Wigan.

That for me was the beginning of the bad deals done behind the scenes of recent times.

Linton Brown. He was sacked for selling Winnall to Wednesday behind Cryne's back.

Interestingly I was watching someone talking about Man Utd the other day about how it needs someone who knows football inside out at the helm to help Woodward and Solsekear(?) and it occurred to me how it sounded like us.

Another thing that gets me is many fans who were very critical of the cryne era will not have a bad word said about the now owners. I understood why cryne went down the young player route but he was flexible to it with hammill, long, gary gardner matty james etc patrick was always open with the fans as he was one of us.
I'm not sure what these owners have put into to the club they just seem to have spent money that was already in the kitty when they took over from player sales. They sold key players and replaced them with quantity over quality. This season was supposed to be our best season ticket sales since the season after the premiership rumour has it, but at a supporters meeting abit back the ceo didnt want supporters to know a exact figure of how many season tickets had been sold this season! How many you trust people like that?

I thought they were behind Ole. They just cant stand not being able to buy the very top players any longer.

In future I will also call him Ole because I can't spell Solskar.

50/50 at the moment. He isn't helping himself but there's also an acceptance amongst many that their squad is just dreadful and the team is weaker than last year.
