    We've all had our say on yesterdays events, both good and bad. It's healthy to have diverse opinion and debate. But it's done now. The window has shut until January.

    What we need to do now is focus on the games ahead and get behind the lads, for good or ill.

    Lets hope for a solid performance today and a big 3 points coming back to Oakwell.

    Win - Great performance. Manager is now showing us just how good he is now he's settling down
    Draw - Jury's still out. Still some inconsistencies but there are positives as well as negatives.
    Lose - Manager hasn't got a clue. Team shape non-existent. Selling Kitching was stupid. Board and club are tinpot.

    That helps us I suppose. Give them a bit to do to belonging on confidence and get working together, but not too much so they get overwhelmed.
