Still really confused as to how Davies qualifies as Welsh but good on him anyway

As far as I know (maybe wrong) but he was born on a German army base in a place called Rinteln to scouse parents, grew up supporting Everton and lived in Warrington. Last time I checked none of those places are in Wales, but like I said could be wrong

Wasn't it a British base in Germany though meaning he can play for any side from Britain? Like Darren Barnard did?

He once stopped off at Rhyl to fill up his car. He could have also played for the Republic of Ireland as he once bought a pack of Clover butter, but decided to opt for Wales.

    Joking aside, good luck lads.

No unless his Grandparents are Welsh or he's using the British soil rule as someone else suggested then he should be English, if not then he's Welsh, I'm not arguing against him playing for Wales I just want to know how he qualifies for it

British soil so should be English? No wonder the Scottish want to leave. I was being facetious by saying German btw.
