Had it when Telewest - 2nd hand boxes that kept "freezing" and required unplugging to reset at least once a day, same with a new box as well, had 4 or 5 different boxes, fortunately it was on the 2nd set as had Sky on main set.
Broadband is good though - no problems there.

Got phone & broadband, £20pm. Broadband is wayyyy quicker than the Pipex I was on before. Whooooshhhhhhhh.................

Oh, and there's no line rental to pay to BT, something Sky seem to conveniently forget when they're blowing their trumpet.

Still costs me about £35 for phone and broadband - not seen any way for existing customers to move to that without having to have a lower connection speed

Top TV Package, hundreds of great programmes to view on demand, last 7 days highlights also.

    2mb Broadband. Unlimited.

    Evening's and Weekends Landline.

£30. Can't knock it at all. Not had a single problem since I joined em.

They are loosing customers faster than water down a drain pipe, thats why Branson is pushing the sale, scared of messing up the Virgin Media brand name. I am only hanging on to see if there is any improvements , cost wise, fine for "new customers only" but a bit rough for long term ones, just had my bill for the last month £61. and I reduced service a couple of monthe ago. I cannot fault any of the services but the £30 for 3 really gets up my craw.

Do what I did.... Call Virgin and tell them you are thinking of moving to Sky as you want Sky One (not available on Virgin).... I was paying £60 a month and now have a 4MB+ Broadband, X-Large TV Package and free evening/ weekend land line calls for £35.

Slightly unhappy with service since it changed to Virgin from Telewest but where I live BT is pants and Sky has a very bad signal so its all round better!

Agreed Denno but Sky One has Nip/ Tuck whicg is an excellent programme and Virgin only has Series 1 (currently Series 3 has just finished).
