    That looks so strange. On a few glances I hope he hasn’t injured his leg as well because it just looks like it contorts weirdly.

    It looks like it's 'just' a head injury, by his reaction, despite landing awkwardly. It's strange to say 'just', but you know what I mean.

    I had to watch it again and I think you're right, Kieffer effectively head butts his own knee as he comes down.

    His left leg appears to bend the wrong way just below the knee as he lands, as I say I hope that I'm wrong. Footage on Barnsley f.c. news and now on Facebook, it's not good viewing though.
