I was reading an article by Simon Grayson about how transfer deals come about.Targets are identified by the recruitment team after been told by the manager what he wants.The recruitment team then goes through the players targeted with the manager/coach to see which ones are available cost etc.He also says fans look in to these systems and look for things that aren't there.I would imagine BFC conduct there business exactly the same way with the manager /coach having the final say who comes in.I remember Paul saying we needed a recruitment team to take the load off his shoulders.The club did this and employed a four man recruitment team.I don't think theres any mystery to BFC transfer dealings and almost every club will use the same system. Also to repeat again what PH said,he as the final say who we sign.
