They have so much to learn about the British game before they can become effective. However, the evidence from the top of our game seems to contradict that view. Most of the top coaches are foreign.

He works at Oakwell,, we train at Oakwell, his office is at Oakwell. it's an advantage he has over the vast majority of coaches in England. He can walk a few yards and inspect the pitch any day that he wants to. It's absolutely no excuse to say he doesn't know what our pitch is like because he's foreign
