    I've struggled over recent months.

    Mentally and physically.

    Still suffering from long covid fatigue and still not in any sort of physical or mental state to return to work.

    My doctor's only recommendation has been to rest up at home and take it easy.

    I must admit that boredom and cabin fever has hit me at times. There's only so much Netflix a guy can take.


    The thankyou is for keeping me sane and keeping my mind stimulated during these difficult and different times. The debates the humour and everything else in between.

    Here's to 3 points tomorrow.

    It's hard to rest up and let nature take it's course, but I'm glad the bbc is alleviating the boredom.We've certainly covered a variety of topics!

    Sorry Helen but BBC has done nothing whatsoever to help.
    Showing utmost dross and repeats of repeats which were rubbish first time around.
    Still there was always BBS to call on.

    COVID fatigue is something else mate. Although a I’m a long way down the recovery road I still haven’t fully recovered. I’ve been back at work full time since the new year, but it really has been a challenge. I was lucky in the sense that I had family around me to help with the boredom. Take care, you’ll get there
