Techy help please

I.ve somehow managed to delete my email account on Virgin Media.I.ve signed out and back in again but no joy.On the left hand side where theres normally things like send,spam etc is now blank .I really don't know what to do.Any helpers out there please.

 

Fry the spam.

 

I've managed to get back on my account page but I've lost my emails in my in box any clues how to retrieve them?

 

Look in your trash folder.

 

How do I put them back in my inbox?

 

Click and hold on your trash icon and shuffle it over to your inbox. They should drop in.

 

Or select all in trash folder or move to. Then select inbox folder.

Sorry to bother you again.Everything is up and running but there's an email missing.Its a receipt on something I bought yesterday .Its not in my trash or anywhere else I can see.Any ideas?

 

Not sure on that one. Maybe try e-mailing the company and asking for another receipt mate.

 

Again sorted it mate.I went on my phone and put the company into the search bar and the receipt turned up in that.Thanks again for your help i'm going to have a glass now.
