He wants a striker, midfielder and defender. The board and ceo are happy with his "plan" and Struber is happy the club will get his targets. From Barnsley Chronicle.

It's happened in the past Baz,12 new players in the last window. Signing 3 more should be a piece of cake.

They'll be able to do all the right jobs but not necessarily in the right order.

Anything about outgoings We must be looking to offload players who cant get near the squad these days (Cavare McGeehan Green Pinillos etc ) and maybe loan out a couple of the younger players before we bring in anyone else

It'll all be an anti-climax, cos we will never recreate the most successful window in the clubs history. Ever.

have to wonder that if it does happen will be signings or loans... almost all the transfers done so far, in this current window, have been loans.

Surely loans make more sense given that we may well be back in league 1 next season.( and the reason I wouldn't be quick to offload Mcgeehan and Wilks)

Yes he says players will come in before players can leave.Ideally that sounds great but it can't always work like that.Fringe players will be leaving.Incomings will be transfers or depending on cost loanees which Struber seems to favour from his interview.

Worrying - 'A' defender is at least one less than we need, probably two.

Fankaty Dabo would be a good tout for me. I've been impressed with him as a right back when Coventry have been on Sky this season. Was a free transfer from Chelsea and would know Brad Collins, therefore. Really impressive right back with good pace, good in the tackle, excellent crossing of the ball from wide positions and good ratio of passes completed. Looks a real prospect. I would also say again: Liam Walsh (midfielder) at Coventry on loan from Bristol City and Marcus Forss (striker) at AFC Wimbledon on loan from Brentford. Apart from veteran defenders like James Chester, I have no great prospects in that area. Expect some transfers from Austria, Germany, or Denmark, though - I wouldn't be surprised.

Yes - importing the manager has been a real mistake hasnt it.
I dont care where they are from as long as they are good enough give me a Ferenczi over a Wilks any day

As long as we get players targeted by Struber I'll be happy. I'm sure if he gets them we'll see a big improvement, once they've settled in. Will be tough with Cauley out. Need him back as soon as possible, so tough matches ahead.

Worried that he thinks one defender is enough unless what he said got lost in translation and he actually meant three.
