I have suffered with my mental health, for 7 years now ,it started on 1st May 2013, I do not know how I have got through it to be fair and typing this is first time I have told anyone, even though you guys do not know me ,reading things and putting odd comments on here over that time as helped, this virus business as ramped it up 10 fold and hopefully I can stay strong for anyone in my life who cares about me,I used to have no sympathy for people with mental health problems, used to be a man up kind of guy, but until you get it ,you do not know how bad it is,will try to keep on battling, good luck to anyone fighting either the virus or any other problems in life
Keep on fighting mate. 30ish years and counting for me... I'd take my chances with this virus malarkey over 30 years of anxiety and depression that has nearly killed me in a heartbeat.
We've already learned a lot about each other. Specifically the horrific number of thick selfish twohats there are out there.
