TFL have announced a weekend service soon.
I can't see us having anything but a Sunday service soon. My peak time tram this morning has two of us on it.

I think Sunday service every day was mentioned on a news programme this morning. I also heard yesterday that the rail companies may be "temporarily" nationalised in order to avoid them going bust.

Interesting comment. I would go on and on about that except for the fact that there are more serious issues to be concerned by.

Like getting to work ontime. Which will be nye on impossible with a Sunday service. Something has to give here. The government can't expect NHS workers that rely on public transport to keep risking their lives by not being allowed to self isolate and not put on a service that gets them to work.

Agreed. It was the "temporarily" nationalised bit that intrigued me. I don't see how that is possible.
