    Anyone got one?

I went to Meadowhall Friday and had a listen to one at the sky stand, considering how big the area is the sound was superb, I’m going to invest this week but was wondering if anyone on here had one?

Not gone one, but looked into it earlier this year.

They are made by Devialet who produce some very good (and pricey) top end gear.

It gets good reviews generally, and price wise isn’t too bad - although you might get a cheaper soundbar with similar sound.

I think for the ease of use and integration with Sky+/Q it’s decent. Pay £249 as a Sky customer. I don’t think it’s worth more than that though.

Yeah I’ve been quoted £249, however if you’ve been a Sky member 8 years or more you can get one for £199, I’ll keep you posted when I get one

We've got 2 and really like them. Watched Rocketman with the 5.1 surround sound file the other day and it sounded well on it. I only paid £100 for one of them from a guy who worked for Sky and had it 10 months but paid £249 for original one

Yeh deffo compared to some of the stuff out there and like you said we listened to one in the Trafford Centre and it sounds well in an open space. You can't change the variants yourself it does it although there are a few settings you can change to highlight speech at night of you want to listen to it quietly so not too disturb other people. I can get a new one now for £199 since they changed it. Have a look on Facebook Marketplace you can get the odd one on there, that's where a got mine from

Am not on Facebook so I can’t see out like that, a don’t think £249 sounds that bad considering who actually manufactures it either

It's well worth the £250 when you see some soundbars at £500/600

How does it differ from a soundbar?

It doesn't differ massively but gives an option if you don't have space for the length of a bar but it does need an open space because the speakers are all around the unit and not just at the front
