I know they don't tell the whole story, but nevertheless they're impressive. So far this season, we've had twice as many shots as the opposition (Reds 266, opposition 137), we've had twice as many on target (101/50) and scored more than twice as many goals (31/14). Which ever way you look at it, we're attacking and defending well. Well done to the manager, coaching staff and players. We're having a great season.
We’re still top of the league on all the shot data they use, apparently it’s the most accurate way to predict long term results.
Its certainly been a good start, better than I expected. Nice to watch attacking and, in the main, winning football for a while. Still hope we improve and become more ruthless - there are a lot of teams vying for top 2. Sunderland away will be a great test for the team. Last year we went there and played them off the park - I hope we produce something similar next Tuesday. If we do it will be a huge step towards automatic.
