    Have last season's physical cards been reloaded for this season does anyone know?

    Got the digital ones anyway but my autistic son likes to have his physical card

    He's an under 14 so nothing changed so assume it would be reloaded

    Tyred to use ours, mine and 10yrs Grandson for the Crewe game didn't work even though was told to keep last season card. Girls in ticket office soon sorted it but wouldn't want to do that on a 'proper' match day. Sorry not alot of help but probably worth warning him just incase.

    I think it depends when you purchased. Some people (me included) had no option but to get a new card. I believe the club changed this later to give the option of adding to existing cards.

    Scan your card with a QR reader (just point your camera at it on iPhone, you’ll need an app on android I believe). Compare the number it gives with the number on your digital card.

    Edit: actually, the card probably has a number typed under the QR code anyway so you can just look.
