    Wrote it in the wrong thread cos I hadn't seen this one, but he sounds ambitious and pragmatic.
    Hopefully he can balance out the attributes of our last 3 managers and be an all rounder.

    Excellent English, careful and considered, he comes across really well. Cardiff away mindst, could have started easier.
