    A couple of things I don't understand with this; What would Shrewsbury have done if they were promoted?
    And how come Yeovil and Peterborough didn't have to convert to all seater when they were in the championship?

    Ahh.. that explains it. Still, bit of a risk from Shrewsbury wasn't it? If it doesn't get approved by government then they would have had to take it all out again.

    Not necessarily. I think the safe standing seats are that can be locked in an up position. so if they are not allowed to use the standing option they can still be used as seats.
