I don't remember that. I do remember the club, and a lot of the players posting really cryptic messages on social media about a particular date, something like "on the 4th November, I'll remember where I was". I believe it was shortly after Patrick Cryne's cancer diagnosis, but before PMG's takeover, so naturally, everyone assumed a takeover announcement was imminent. The announcement turned out to be that the club was renaming all of its social media accounts so that they all had the same name. It was such an anticlimax.
I remember that! Was a huge build up with players posting messages and little bits of hints at some huge news. And then it was just the socials all merging
