Not really done much in the longer form and can make more money playing 20/20 and one day so I don't blame him....
And to be fair England have never really fancied him in the longer format: how many times has been left to carry the drinks? He's a very good one day/2020 player however.
I'd agree with that... When we took a 21 year old novice spinner to Australia I think Rashid knew he wasn't in with a chance for the test team.... IPL and Big Bash will make him a few quid and his game looks more suited to that anyway.
Can't fault him, be a good decision for him so he can spend his time focusing on mastering his one day skills, and the fact that he'll probably make a fortune travelling the world now.
Disappointed. Bowled well in India and should have gone to Australia. He could and should have done more.
