Apparently we have agreed to Portsmouths request for McGeehan to remain at Fratton Park and Manager Kenny Jackett is saying he will talk to his board to see if he can sign him on a permanent basis when this current season eventually ends. As MDG says, it could be handy to keep him if we go down, as he is best suited to playing in League One, but that prospect now looks to be unlikely.
