I've never bought into this idea of hiring a coach based on the system they play, and the club hiring based on continuity of tactics. Have always laughed at phrases like "the [insert name of club] way". Whichever way you look at it, changing the head coach every year will lead to a high and probably costly turnover of players as a new coach wants to get a team they can describe as theirs. Not too fussed what formation we play, I think if we get Woodrow scoring goals and Mowatt playing well, we'll be fine. Otherwise, we'll struggle. If that comes in Ismael's preferred 3-4-3 then great.
