    If any club should learn not to spend willy nilly it's Pompey.

    Redknapp might have won the FA Cup but the outrageous wages and fees he oversaw effectively relegated them 3 times.

    Good to see they seem to have a sensible and sustainable model these days.

    That was for the year ending June.2020. Don’t think they’ll do the same this season. -£248k on ins and outs this season.

    £2.24million profit on ins and outs that financial year
    I make that as near on a £2m loss in running costs.

    So Wigan paid £2m for Lowe. And probably similar, or more for each of Moore, Robinson and Williams. With no real sales.

    They really were screwed when the Robinson sale to Milan fell through weren't they?

    £10million was the amount they were talking for Robinson. Would have covered around half of their losses.

    I’ve read one or two comments wrongly linking our form to the wealth of our owners. If our owners were splashing the cash, would they have sold Moore to fecking wigwam?
