    On the back of it all rest assured theres.... no points deduction no transfer embargo ....no ground closure.... but mcgeechan gets a 3 match ban....would have been 6 but hes out on loan....

    I'm not talking about the stadium covenants, but more the lawsuit that the Crynes are issuing. If it goes as far as a court ruling that the club owe money, and the club don't subsequently pay that money, then there will be consequences of that.

    Don't know how the fact that there are various entities involved with investment company, BFC, Oakwell and so on affects that.

    The club don't owe them money.

    The Hong Kong investment vehicle owes them money.

    Maybe you could add this to the script? The many, many (mainly 'completely unsubstantiated tell-you-in-two-weeks') rumours. A beaming Paul Conway (cant remember whose playing him?) holding a press conference (via video link, live! from a steak house in Texas) updating the reds on how wonderful the summer window is going to be > cut to a dark corner of Chennels where the tones are hushed but the whispers are strong.

    We probably lacked a bit of drama for a Hollywood film but we did get Neil Redfearn to confirm he spoke to Barnsley about the job last time out!

    Although the tour of Mick McCarthy's house and his dead-man question of 'Let me ask you one question Ben. Would you say I was popular at Barnsley' were personal highlights.

    Two years ago the co owners of Sheffield utd ended up at court sorting out their financial problems , outcome was the courts sorted the problem out & Sheffield utd gained promotion to the premier league , a similar outcome would be welcome at Oakwell
