    It's not rare for players to have meetings without the manager. Nothing sinister. Happens at successful clubs. I'd be worried if rumours were rife they were unhappy with the manager. Morais lost the dressing room due to his mad selection excuses.

    I thought Lindsay said the players had a meeting themselves which I assume was to gee each other up for the final promotion push as they have got so close they don't want to blow it now. Didn't he also say they also had a meeting with the management as well.

    What JT probably neglected to say was that he locked the players in, left the ground with the key and smashed the players' wives' back doors in.
