    I suggest we clear out our more experienced players like Mowatt Brown Woodrow Chaplin Mcgeehan Thiam Pinnilos Bahre Sollbaure and bring in a few younger players with potential. It might just work.

    Any other serious suggestions as something needs to change?

    You’re right. If there’s one prevailing thought I’ve had this season it’s that our team is too old. Players in their 20s are just past it. The proof is there for all to see. Anyone that says otherwise is just wrong in every way

    If we're not playing with wingers, make the pitch narrower to prevent the opposition from utilising all those wide open spaces.

    Think we need to tap into the American soccer market too! After all, we have top executives at the club now who know the talent across the pond!

    Yes charge the same as watching the U23’s.

    Add another 10 players to the squad and put 8 of em out on loan.

    get to play 5 games behind closed doors due to unmanageable racism, discrimination, animal abuse (squirrels dont count), and having no beer left 15 min before kick off

    Change font of scoreboard from 11 to 8 just to help people forget we are losing against Carlisle.

    in addition to game day mascot we introduce a game day coach where one lucky fan gets to assist the head coach.

    a new game day experience will be ‘ Mic up Mike’ where a random supporter called Mike gets mic’ed up during the game and relayed in realtime across the tannoy system.

    50:50 draw changed to 80:20 in the interests of the club

    change the name of season pass to ‘pass for the season’ giving double loyalty points if you don't attend. A new tier called Pass Plus Plus will give the additional benefit to the annual Ticket renewal fans forum hour and if you get the plus plus plus version you get to ask one question. Trade uo to plus plus plus plus and the club will answer it.

    A new club communications channel called Football United Community - Barnsley or abbreviated with a new logo and streamed only on DAZN.

    we will sign players of quality, with experience and know the league ( yeah i know this is getting daft now)

    VAR introduced where there is no game at all an you can Vote a Result.

    Serious ones,

    1) Coach to understand and know the league we are playing in and adapt formation and team selection accordingly.
    2) Pay better wages to the better players and then better players may stay longer.
    3) Sign a few more expierenced players to support the younger ones.
    4) Reduce squad size to the correct level by selling them or moving them on not bombing them out, which must have unsettled the squad.
    5) Improve communication to the supporters.

    This may work.

    Next season I will be spending more time with my children and soon to be born grandchild. I'm 59 this year and I can't be bothered with the soap opera BFC has become.

    I'd like the club to get things sorted with Mowatt, Woodrow, Brown, Wilks, Mcgeehan, Green, Sibbick and Chaplin as soon as the season ends. Either they're going or they're staying. Then set targets accordingly.

    I knew our upturn in gates was down to Leeds being in the Championship and charging extortionate rates for Championship football and there would be lots of Barnsley "supporters" jump ship and go an watch them wa nkers.
