Trying to buy 5 tickets online for the Peterborough match, but it keeps asking me for a membership number for each of the tickets. Is that a new thing? I've bought lots of tickets online previously (inc. this season) and it was only ever interested in my membership/account number. 3 of the other people don't have a membership number. I've tried phoning the ticket office but keep getting cut off before I get through. Thanks in advance
From the club's site; 9am Tuesday 19th December Tickets go on general sale. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters, then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts. Tickets will need to be allocated to the individual supporters when purchasing online.
