I feel Poya is doing a reasonable job of steadying the ship. If Schopp had been in charge tonight, it would have been an absolute pasting. I agree that the midfield is lacking, but credit where it's due, that was a good point. We're still crap. We're still going down. But a good point, nonetheless.
I was always taught best form of defence was attack which I am afraid it looks like Poya doesn't do. Hope I'm wrong
Not many midfielders of any team get chance to show their ability when playing one of Val's teams and that includes when teams played us last season.
I agree, but we've been so awful in every department this season, that it would have been impossible to resolve every problem in such a short space of time. Most managers coming into a situation like this would start by tightening up at the back. Fingers crossed we can build on it... and quickly. I don't hold out much hope, but you never know.
