    Puts our situation into perspex. Happy with the way our club is run at the moment, reasonably happy with our squad (although all squads can be improved) and happy with the prospects for the next few months.

    Whoever their new manager is, if he's got any brains will put Roberts straight into their first team. If not, I'd seriously be looking to bring him back in January. Whether that would be possible or not is debatable.

    He's saying in this mornings paper, that had he been given two seasons at Birmingham
    he would have " definitely" achieved promotion to the Premiership. How can he guarantee
    that.? Left with a £1.75 million golden goodbye and says that's it now, he'll never take another
    Managers job.
