    Not having a pop at you Bri, thanks for sharing, but why can't we nail down a permanent keeper? Is it a position we just don't value or something or do we just keep thinking let's save money and keep borrowing.

    Yet we've given 2 long term contracts to two goalies that we obviously don't fancy for the here and now even though we are losing millions each year.

    This lad may be ok but why we just can’t nail a regular keeper on a permanent is a mystery to me.

    One of the players I had on my list for us to sign. 16 clean sheets last season. Commands his area really well. Would prefer a permanent deal, but here we are.

    First thing, nowt against this new lad. Hope he does well, but..
    Sorry don't get this loan deal.
    After giving a out of contract Flavell another deal. Plus Smith only being one year into a four year deal.. you then bring in another young keeper? ..strange, I don't get it..

    If the Club rates Flavell and or Smith then play one... simple. You're already paying em.. Back your judgement and see what happens..

    Don’t mind this, it gives us a proven keeper at this level. I don’t think we’ve seen enough from Flavell/Smith to think we didn’t need another keeper. I’d be loaning Flavell out to let him develop much like Shepherd and Yog did last season.
