Just asked one of the leading commentators on Bundesliga 2 his opinion... @jonathanwalsh_ Barnsley are looking like appointing Daniel Stendel as coach, As ex-Hannover96 manager from last season what's your opinion of him and his chances of success. However that was his team and his club so he might have overperformed a little. I think if he's in the right environment with good people around him, he'll do well.
Further comments on twitter from a Bundesliga commentator: Impressed in a few months in senior coaching role at Hannover, before he was harshly replaced by Andre Breitenreiter with the club in a good position. Change was down to a new sporting director, not a loss of form. Good motivator.
