He was the biggest disappointment on Sunday, got the ball in better situations than anyone else in our side yet continually wasted good opportunities. What made it worse was he was superb a week before
He has barely played football for a year, and had only played half a season of competitive professional games before that. Probably explains the inconsistency. He is a very talented player who given a whole year would develop massively. Was one of the lads wasted when Morais took over, then thrown back in in desperation last 4 games Total minutes - 330 out of a possible 1530. Never ever going to give a young lad the platform to find form.
The difference in his performance from Brentford to Derby was huge. I was disappointed but similarly to what others have said, I guess not playing a great deal previous to it will lead to inconsistencies.
I agree, I just thought he’d hit a bit of form with the Brentford performance & was hoping he’d replicate it
With the exception of Leeds away and Brentford I've been unimpressed by the limited appearances he's made. Hasn't really looked like a player coming on as sub and pressing for a start in the following game. Very lightweight and disinterested young lad. Waste of a loan.
Played twice for Bournemouth this season, both against Wigan in FA cup, subbed after 45 minutes in first game and 60 minutes in Replay. Eddie Howe not impressed! Simply not consistent enough.
especially when you see Harry Wilson at Hull, there is loads of quality young players at Prem clubs I thought Harvey Barnes was quality basically scored a goal every 3 games for us (280 mins) aswell as being our joint top assister (5 assists). Only McBurnie and Bradshaw scored more and he was only here half the season
