    Disco could make a great coach one day. Reserve team doing stuff in their own time. People like that deserve a chance! And the board think its acceptable to recruit kids who will be shoved straight above them. Disgrace.

    Maybe I'm being a bit naive but I thought the young lads would be in the majority of footballers. Good on Devaney for publicly encouraging them though.
